@@hisoka1612 I've never been a one trick kinda guy, but blame the gaming industry and the state of streaming for making me lose interest in speedruns lately if you want (btw I did go back to Nioh 2 runs but atm I'm playing through ZZZ, also wanna play some more Trackmania and other games too so we'll see). I've long past the point of caring about what people may or may not be interested in, just not worth worrying about it, I prefer to just play what I feel like playing at the moment and if people like it, better.

Not sure what you mean, on the cherry blossom mission from 1:03:34 to 1:08:58 you can see I run past an itsumade there, not a Gozuki. Do you mean a different mission? Either way, what you see here is all the main missions on Dream of the Nioh.

well, iirc it was something that came with preorder for the ps4 version, so when i did the transfer they also came to ps5

@@AxelSG so why isn’t it in the complete edition? I thought the demon horde armor was the preorder bonus, what else did you get?

@@plaguedr.crowvin3349 checked, apparently it was a thing u could get around release date, if you're on pc u can go offline and set your date to that and it works (apparently)

Hey, well, I think it's a good game, but tbh I find mainly 5 issues with it: 1- The options for Hairstyle change are very limited, I'm happy that we can play with a long hair char, but it's only the ponytail option for that :/ 2- She feels quite weightless, physics are weird, she has lots of momentum when platforming, making it not as good as it could be, also 2 many interactions with the environment can get in the way of making the movement flow. 3- Parry and dodge timings are too early, feels as if I was playing with input lag (but I'm not), in this sense it's kinda like what happens with DS, instead of parrying/dodging on the spot, u do it preemptively. 4- Although it's a minor issue, they did say that the game was gonna be completely uncensored and that's a lie. Blaming Sony for this but yeah, feel like they could've had more interesting designs instead of stuff that is clearly edited to be censored. So either work around the limitations of Sony's censorship from the start so the design doesn't suffer afterwards, or don't censor (probs not possible cuz again, Sony) 5- This is not an issue of the game itself but honestly I'm kinda tired of parry/Deflection focused games, specially when u can't play them semi-efficiently without it. They did it perfectly in Thymesia imo, but in WL, Ronin and this game (to a lesser extent) it feels like you can't be very proactive, imo if you're gonna make parries/deflects that important, you gotta make the game let the player deflect at any point, even better if you can deflect or dodge at any point. Extra thing, imo some animations should have i-frames but don't, reminds me of the GoW 2018 parry before it got patched, u could be parrying an attack and u got hit and even killed while executing it cuz another attack was coming :) Anyways, thanks for coming to my Ted talk, next time, I'll talk about the current state of the gaming industry and how it could do better.

@@AxelSG 1 - You and your long hair waifus hehe 2 - Yeh, kinda Code Vein weightlessness. I hate that. 3 - Yeh, although I can iFrame dodge pretty well, it never feels very realistic or rewarding because you're operating on the level of code, not experience, or something. It breaks immersion to just phase through attacks. Unless phasing is part of a magic or lore system like FFXV I guess. 4 - Censorship is a bit of cop-out IMHO. It isn't censorship to adhere to a companies or countries legal standards. Indeed, its very telling what people call censorship and what they don't. They don't complain about say, Pride Flags being censored out of games launched in the Middle East, but they do for well, 'ladies outfits.' Horny gamers not getting pixel booba or something, I mean, its just not about art at this point, its entitlement and cringe. 'Interesting design' =/= as much skin as possible for the gamerboys lol 5 - Hmm, well, maybe its a design thing. Maybe its harder to make a game so instantly reactive and proactive, and its just simpler to code more of a dance in combat like taking turns or waiting for animations, than a constant flurry? I'm always happy to hear or read an AxelTEDTalkGo, you know that ;)

​@@satyasyasatyasya5746 1- Yeh, still :) 2- In code vein it wasn't the character that felt weightless, it was the weapons, which imo is worse than in this case. 3- I think realism in action games has no place when it comes to combat, it's all about it feeling right, I-frames on dodge are normal, but I wasn't talking about that now, was talking about the timings. Either way, not having I-frames on dodge feels awful in practice, trust me. 4- I was mainly talking about 2 things: a) If you say it's gonna be 1 way and it ends up being different from that, ur lying and to some extent, betraying your customers, on any topic, as minor as it could be. b) Design-wise, if you design your char/outfits a certain way and then you patch it to censor it, it's gonna end up worse than if you had that censorship in mind to begin with and designed it accordingly. Also, they did censor other things, apparently there was a grafiti that was saying "Hard R" or something like that, I had no idea what it meant till I looked it up, looks like it spurred some controversy and they changed that. 5- Coding when an animation can be cancelled or not isn't a big deal for game companies, it's harder to make it feel right than to enable or disable the animation cancels

@@AxelSG 1 - Yeh lol 2 - Oh ok :P 3 - Ok xD 4 - a) Plans change all the time. Things differ from plans and trailers and regions all the time, though. Its not lying, its game development. Having said that, yes some devs/publishers lie on purpose but often its not a lie, its just being too ambitious. And also, its worth remembering, manufactured fake controversy by reactionaries is a thing, in an attention economy its important to know when something is a non-issue despite it being treated as an issue. b) again, I don't think its censorship and AFAIK, the so-called censored versions were the intended versions. I think it was in Jimquisition? As for the hard R, again, its not censorship to be like "yeh we messed up, its a bad thing to have done." I hate this "anything less than 'anything goes' is censorship RRREEEE!!!" thing in certain circles online, its adolescent, bad faith at best and insidious at worst.
